Regimen:
Energy Bouquet — Integral to the Phia Lab line, the Energy Bouquet can be used on its own or blended into other unscented products. Apply 2-3 drops onto pulse points to vibrate at your highest frequency throughout the day. Add 1 drop to a quarter-size amount of Chia Jojoba Body Scrub and massage onto your skin. Combine with other Phia products in your preferred Energy Wave for the optimal energy experience.
Crème de la Phia — An intense moisturizer ideal for nighttime and extremely dry skin. Massage into skin as needed.
Organic Loose Leaf Tea — Hot: 1 tsp per cup of water in strainer or tea ball. Pour hot water over tea leaves and steep 3-5 min. Cold: 2-3 tsp per cup of water in strainer or tea ball. Pour hot water over tea leaves and steep 5-8 min, pour over a large glass of ice. * for sweet tea add natural sweetener while still hot
Wellness Tea Infuser — Remove lid and tea strainer, add 1-3 teaspoons of loose-leaf-tea, add water, any desired natural sweeteners and milk, replace tea strainer and lid. Sip through strainer and enjoy on your journey … wherever it may take you!
